We are seeking a motivated, dependable therapist who values a supportive work environment, enjoys a smaller clinical setting, and is committed to exceptional client care.
Your Role
-
Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy in the state of Iowa, serving primarily adult clients in-person

Safeguard the client experience by maintaining confidentiality and upholding our commitment to safety

Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other specialists to deliver holistic, integrated care

Counsel clients on healthy lifestyle practices, self-care, and wellness strategies

Provide consultation and psychoeducation to clients, support persons, and the clinical team

Maintain timely and accurate documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and required compliance records

Support and protect our positive workplace culture by building strong team relationships

Complete additional duties as assigned consistent with the responsibilities of the position
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field

Active or eligible licensure in the state of Iowa

Prior clinical experience

Competitive percentage-based compensation

Typical full-time clinicians earn $90,000–$100,000+ annually

Flexible schedule determined by clinician (target 25–30 billable hours per week)

Full in-clinic administrative support for scheduling, billing, and paperwork
