The Nightingale Center is seeking a Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LISW, or similar credentials) to join our growing team. The Nightingale Center offers comprehensive mental health and wellness services. We specialize in therapy, medication management, and education. We are a growing are excited to expand our team. We are looking for an experienced therapist who is a self-starter, dependable, enjoys a smaller clinical setting, and values a positive work environment. Your Role: • Provide evidenced-based outpatient therapy in the state of Iowa (in-person and/or via telehealth) for primarily adults • Safeguard the client experience, maintaining client confidentiality and upholding our commitment to safety • Collaborate with client’s psychiatric provider and other specialists to provide comprehensive holistic care • Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices, diet, and integrative self-care • Provide consultation and health education to patient, support people, and clinical team • Maintain documentation of services including progress notes, quarterly treatment plan reviews, and other required information in compliance with agency and third party compliance standards • Complete other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor that are consistent with the responsibilities of the position • Embrace core values of optimism, gratitude, consistency and empathy • Protect our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members • Options for both telehealth and in-person appointments are available Minimum Qualifications: • Master’s Degree (or higher) in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field • 2 years of clinical experience preferred, though not required Compensation & Benefits: • Percentage-based compensation • W-2 employment • Salary negotiable • Flexible work schedule (determined by clinician): 25- 30 billable hours per week • Sign-on bonus • One year retention bonus • Continuing education allowance • Full in-clinic office support for scheduling, paperwork, and billing • Full support in marketing and growth of patient/client panel • In clinic specialized training on topics including: medication management, reproductive/gender mental health • Access to clinical resources including electronic database UpToDate Job type: Full-time Pay: 100,000-120,000 If interested in applying, please send Resume/CV to the following email: support@thenightingale.org Please also include two professional and one personal references to whom we may contact.
